Scholarships & Loans

Cincinnati Law offers merit-based scholarships to highly qualified LLM candidates. Scholarships are also provided to students from underrepresented regions and countries.

In addition to general achievement scholarships, fellowships are available to students studying in the areas of criminal law and international human rights. To learn more about fellowships, visit our academics page.

    • Offers access to a range of international student loans, foreign-enrolled loans and study abroad loans to international students and Canadian students in the USA and for US students studying abroad around the world.

    • Comprehensive education loan for international and distance learning students that does not require a co-signer in the host country.

    • Student loans for foreign nationals studying in the United States.

General Fellowships, Grants, and Scholarships

  • American Association of University Women
    • Offers the International Fellowship
      • Awarded for full-time study or research to women who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
      • Support graduate or postgraduate studies at accredited institutions.
      • Recipients are selected for academic achievement and demonstrated commitment to women and girls.
  • Foreign Fulbright Student Program
    • Administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies.
    • Program eligibility and selection procedures vary widely by country, so must visit their site to determinations of eligibility.
    • Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
  • International Federation of University Women
    • Grants are offered for any postgraduate program.
    • Grants are open to women graduates who are members of IFUW’s national federations and associations.
  • The World Bank Scholarship
    • Provides scholarships for graduate and postgraduate studies leading to master’s and doctoral degrees in development-related fields for mid-career professionals.
  • Golden Key
  • Has recognized more than 10 million undergraduate and graduate students for their intellectual achievements.
  • Has awarded $8 million in scholarships and awards to members in all fields of study.
  • Scholarships and awards are given to members, membership prerequisites:
    • Studying for a Master’s degree at an accredited institution.
    • A graduate student G.P.A. of 3.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale
